    I know one thing, the speed limiter is not a big deal. For example my 240sx there is a little yellow wire that controls the 118mph speed cut and all you do to remedy it is yup just cut that lil puppy and you're off. Then if yours is more complicated than snipping a little wire, buy a speed cut...
