I have a fully ported head with a hks 1.2mm headgasket,arp headbolts,Turbo xs boost controller,3"exaust from the manifold and a cold air intake.I'm only boosting 8psi on both my gauges.After the fuel cut out hits for a split second it still goes and builds 8psi until I shift again.

Well I found the problem it was the intercooler hose broke off the botom of the turbo.Thanks for the help you pointed me in the right direction.I'm going to replace the intercooler hoses with a pipe kit and install a blow off.also I'm putting on a cold air intake on it also.I've installed 3"...

It does it when its running,when its not running it gives me no code and yes t and E1 jumperd.It gives me code 34 when I try and drive it when the turbo spools up than it falls flat on its face.
