I made 22.47 for the month of November. I used all of the MD that I got during October to buy upgrades in the game. It's not a whole lot, but it will add up over a few months. Besides I seriously play this for less than 10 minutes a day.

It definately does pay out real money, but it takes about a month to get up to the minimum amount of "Mars Dollars" to cash out.
