due to the age it could be a combination of both but what you describe I would lean towards the turbo first.

lol I can tell you I've barely driven it in the 5 years I've owned it compared to my mk3 when I had it. 2k on it since ownership :( My lovely garage queen. that means your value should be high!

Pulled it out of the garage due to break in bad weather, washed it, and pulled it right back into the garage.

I wouldn't even consider it anymore. Although you'll find Supra's out there it's just a waste of a trip now. I plan around it to visit family and friends in Houston these days.
