I changed all of the speedo cables in my driveway in 30 mins. I had an extra pair of hands though I should mention that. edit #2 I totally forgot to even give an answer for the actual question lol. I used a garmin nuvi as a speedometer for a little while in my E30 until I got it fixed never had...
Hey just thought i'd say I figured this out...and i'm a tard. The turn signal flasher was missing from the new car. I must've been over thinking it or something. Thanks for all the help.
The redline would be different on the tach, you could switch the tach over though. I remember seeing a little bit of info on that floating around here somewhere. besides all of that I don't think you'd have any issues using it.
a little info on the changes from the clusters by year...
I wasn't exactly sure what either of those wires were for, didn't see your response when I posted that I made a mistake as to which color the wire was. this one goes into the combination switches. I could be hunting in the wrong area thanks for any info.

There was a 86.5 in the pick n pull close to me I might go take a look at it today since I need the knock sensor plug. I'll let you know if I do and grab that for you if it's there.
I went ahead and got the lotek two pillar pod for now, if I end up not liking it i'll just sell it and get something else I suppose. I wonder if podi might be interested in making a custom one for the supra haha I guess I could shoot them an e-mail worst that they can say is no right :D
I've got my wideband coming in next week but I can't decide if I want to get a pillar pod to mount it in or come up with another option. When I had my Audi a few years ago I was looking at the podi.ca steering column gauge pod they are pretty nice and I was looking for something like that for my...
Twice now someone has tried to steal my dad's supra outside of his house in the Tacoma, WA area thought i'd give some heads up to everyone in this area. Luckily the alarm went off both times but it only takes that one time :/
