Thanks for the responses everyone, 350-450 hp is about as far that i will go. From where i am from there is not a lot of streets just to go ripping through.
Any thoughts on what exhaust i should look into? Not looking to spend a fortune. And how much of a hp increase with a full 3"
Also what parts should i be prioritizing over others?

I agree with what you are saying but i actually will be driving it stock for awhile. I will be rebuilding the engine and getting the parts as i get paid and the t61 will be one of the last upgrades as i find most of the other parts are needed first.
