Just wanted to drop a note saying that I'm still lurking around.. I'm very interested in continuing to clean up the output and attempt to provide outputs with comments and whatnot... Either way, I'm very thankful there are this many guys still here! :-)

I've made some changes to the disassembler but need to verify them again. Should make it easier to read the disassembled output.

In case anyone wanted a visual of the setup: I've removed the D8x and external memory from the board to dump the data.

It's from an older Mazda with the same processor. This specific ECU houses two HC11 G5's and this D8x with an external 256k eprom. I'll need to finish mapping the pins but I can say for sure that this is being used in a mode which hasn't been covered to large degree. The memory addresses /...

Looks like my ECU is in MODE2.. Does anyone know how these work in mode2? My binary is FFh until 0x6000. Confusing at this point

Wow thats quite the update! What issues are you having? I'm not an EE by any means but since the chip is motorola based (right?).. couldnt you design an adapter for a motorola programmer? (ie: http://www.telwis.pl/product_info.php/products_id/71/language/en) ...or does it not work that way?
