    Engine Idling at 1900 RPM

    when i start my car it is idling at 1500 RPM, and as i drive through the day, it starts to idle at 1900 RPM? whats wrong, it never idles below 1500 RPM and i am getting a poor 13 MPG city, i have an 87 N/A supra 5 speed
