Yeah I checked the gasket it was good... So all that is left is the boot and instead of buying it i just sealed the master cylinder to the booster with some silicone... It probably isn't the best idea should it start leaking again... but I will deal with it should the day come.
Okay I got everything figured out... The new master cylinder stopped the brake fluid leak, I couldn't bleed right because there was a hole in my bleeder hose next to the bleeder nipple, and the air was because I have no dust boot to go around the neck of the master cylinder so it "appears" it is...
Well I got pissed off last night because air was leaking out of the bottom of where the master cylinder attaches to the brake booster and I couldn't bleed the brake line. But this morning the brake fluid level wasn't any lower than I left it last night so I am guessing the brake leaking stopped...
Ok as a header to this, when I bought my car the first thing I did was replace the front brake hoses and rebuild all four calipers. Followed by replacing the master cylinder.
Now, my master cylinder is leaking brake fluid and every time the brake is pressed I hear air leaking out of where the...
If not someone is going to get a hell of a deal.

Although I'm not sure if he is selling the girl or the car.
Oh... and another thing I forgot to mention... I am somewhat obsessed with the idea of custom painting (not exterior but engine wise) so keep a look out for changes from here in the engine compartment.
Sweet, got everything back together and it runs. Only things different are:
1. The 17650 vsv is missing the plug on the left hand side so i plugged it up with a short hose and a screw... and the brown plug going to it i could not find but it was not hooked up to begin with
2. The 17630 valve...
While it is currently being worked on (vacuum troubles), here is my new family member. It has 218k on the body and just got a JDM motor 20k ago... (I almost wish the original motor blew on me so I would have an excuse to do a turbo swap) I plan on eventually doing one but after a bit and some...
LOL... ok i figured it out... The guy that did the engine swap.... Swapped the hose that split the heater and CC with the one that goes into the vacuum regulator... So he had the vsv hooked up to the back of the manifold. Alright I am confident in what needs to happen now... Thank you again
Thanks so much isnms... you have been a huge help... I assume I just run the Cruise Control Vacuum line right off of location 90413-04005? That is what I will do until i hear otherwise. Thanks again
Alright I got everything hooked up except for one thing I cannot find in any diagram.

Oh and how important is the valve that goes to the intake? Mine is busted on the intake side and will have to get a new one after a bit.
And...
89 N/A Auto... I know kinda boring, but with the condition of the car I couldn't pass up $1800 dollars. A buddy of mine told me they are money pits. I have found this to a degree but when I have more time than money you find new and inventive ways to fix old stuff rather than replace it. I...
What is the source of the vacuum? Is that the vacuum modulator? Meaning that the splitter should be where it is and I need another one?
A little it tells me where the other line is supposed to run to the vsv, and that if what i have is hooked up right i need another splitter
Thumbnails done...
So any idea what the thing along the firewall is and what its for? Is there a filter that i can acquire that will stick on the end of that vsv?
Also is that where the cruise control is supposed to be tapped into the vacuum system?
First off, thank you for the prompt response. And not to my knowledge has the EGR system been removed.
C/F. Okay I removed the Dash pot vacuum line and put it to the EGR valve. There was nothing running to it.

Hi,
My name is Mike and I am from Dayton Ohio. I have just recently gotten into Supras and have purchased and been working on mine for a couple of months now. A friend of mine pointed me here who also has a supra and said you guys would be the place to turn.
As you can see in the picture below I have a few questions about some vacuum lines. I don't believe that they are hooked up correctly. I spent a lot of time studying the TSRM and EPC to get this image but still have a few questions. I labeled them with letters and hopefully someone can help me...
