Is it required to have buy endlinks when you buy swaybars either ST or Tanabe? I'm kind of worried to buy swaybars and then have the endlinks snap.
How much are brand new endlinks from Toyota?
I recommend those Independent car audio shops like "Car Audio" or "Ultimate Car Audio Image." I do not recommend Circuit City, Fry's, or Best Buy...the people there don't know what their doing and are not somewhat knowledgeable w/ audio. I've had bad experiences with all three big corporations.
Strut bars are made to withstand heat created by the engine. Don't worry about them melting. Some bars are made out of high grade aluminum. I've heard about strut bars being snapped into two pieces because of continuous stress in turns.
Why would you want to take off the engine cover underneath? Its required to have that engine cover underneath so that it protects gravel, dirt and such from damaging your engine. Toyota put that engine cover on our cars for a reason. :rolleyes:
