He's probably had to pull a lot of fuel with the safc2. Do you have a wideband? Is it running around 14.7 while driving it? Have you checked all of your intercooler pipes and vacuum hoses just to make sure their isn't any leaks causing bad readings.
Did you tune the car or buy it already tuned...
I'm not following what you're talking about when you say a custom gauge or display. Like I would leave the tablet in the car as a display?
I've been reading on the ms3 this evening and I ordered a book the founders of ms3 wrote. It's all about tuning EFI cars. Looks like it's going to be a...
It wasn't the coils. All coils work fine. It's in the wiring harness. It seems some homeless rat got into my car and started eating away at my wiring harness. I was getting power to the coils but they wouldn't fire. If I hooked them up to a battery and a resistor, they would fire. Something in...

As for the other parts, I've broken...
One of my favorite colors on the MKIII. Good luck fixing the other guys mistakes. Hopefully it will be a nice project from here on out and not be a money pit more than you already know it's going to be.
I too use driftmotion every chance I get. Bosche is a good name and I wouldn't hesitate to use them. I didn't click on the link you posted but I've used Bosche before and I never had a problem with them.
You can adjust the idle up with the idle adjustment screw. I think mine idles a bit high but I like it around 950 to 1000.
You may have a small vacuum leak causing the inconsistent afr's. Mine fluctuates like that also though. I can't seem to get it to stay steady. Once I used the Irridium...
