to explain my finding....
a friend said "search for this and look at this pic" because her pic came up in this search, which was for a really big band that she listens to a lot, and her last FM account associated her with it because she's on their top listener list. so i'm like... yeah i'll...
this thread has little to no point. i just thought i'd ask to see if anybody had an idea what this webpage IS or WHAT it's for. its incredibly long, so long I decided not to wait to see it finish loading before i posted.
basically i randomly googled 335904 and looked at the large pics...
LOL.... awesome. yeah i want something with a roll bar, but i do like the speed...and i suppose i could achive it...maybe?
yikes. haha..
here's another plan, but its got a pretty high COG compared to the other idea, not horrible, but not the best either.
OK well temptation hit me and i decided to throw together a quick out-of-scale mock up of what's in my head. i spent only a few minutes on it so please excuse the ill-done proportions. (mainly the teeny wheels...)
what do you think? that is my rough idea for a horizontal shafted engine...
LOL.
i'm really hoping to get a moto engine with a tranny as well...then i'd have pleanty of gears to rip through!! and i wont finish until near the end of summer probably... i have to make plans yet. but i have some in my head!
is it more feasible to use a motorcycle engine, clutch, and tranny?
i think i want to find an old setup like that, rebuild it, and go from there....
:) what do you think? i figure 20 hp or something from a moto engine and i'm set...
i cant afford them but yes i'd put more rubber on them....if they wouldn't rub the fender well.... i dont know exactly how much they'd stick out...i'm not knowledgeable about rims/tires yet
sounds like a great plan! even if the newish motor has a few problems, you could fix IT, and swap it in quicklike...and save up for the one you already have, fix it for big HP.
why did you nap a 240sx motor anyway? you could sell that as well...build up your extra motor. man...i'd be...
aahhh ok, bingo!
http://www.americanmuscle.com/fr500wheels1.html
but...no brand? who makes them? some no name Chinese company?
...it sucks that they would stick out.... i probably couldn't afford them anyhow but i had to ask.... but i guess 150 a wheel isn't really bad...
good deal! if you have the stuff to disassemble, work on, and swap in the new engine, grab that piecer and fix your white car, which looks pretty nice BTW.... buy a geo to get you around and build up the new motor so it won't pop like this one did.
can someone tell me what these rims are, and if you think they would look good on a black mkIII? I'm assuming they'd fit because they're on a mustang, correct me if i'm wrong :icon_mad:
now that i look at it again i think its fine...whats wrong with me?
HEY!!!! i think i've seen that car before... where did you buy it?
i saw this craigslist ad once, with TONS of large pics of a blue supra like that in a showroom with a few other expensive cars....and it had parts for a...
oh ok, i was just thinking maybe it was because people thought it was "rice" or something, because of The Fast and the Furious....it does kinda look like the same kit...
no...just the wing.
i dotn know who read my post a few posts ago but i'm still wanting someone to enlighten me on the facts as to why they dont like that body kit (or any mk4 body kit besides TRD?)
the wing is self explanitory, i just dont like it...but the kit....i do like.....
