Ok I have 89 motor mounts and brackets motor mounts attach to, the piece that was on the old motor mounts a brace had 2 holes for something, what were those 2 holes for?

^ The width is the first number, I assume you mean the tire height or "profile", the profile doesn't matter it can be anywhere from whatever tire your getting as long as its not a truck tire. I personally reccoment a 45 profile, but it would need to be lowered to look good so if your stock...
