ok so after alot of wrestling with the kit and making carfasion stuff fit i finally have the kit on... remind me to only buy shine auto next time.. lol (the shine sides went on perfect... the rest.. ehhh) Here is a teaser until the weather clears up so i can take some full shots some more...

so many mixed opinions with spec lol, i would go for the spec3+ but the cost doesn't justify me needing it since my tranny is topped out right now. and the southbend clutches i heard they were made of a material called feramic which a friend said it was good. any one heard of this?

Hey guys i plan on ordering a new clutch next week for my w58. I am NA-t. last time i was on the dyno i was puttin out 275ftlbs of torque, since then i went from stock boost to 13psi and a driftmotion IC, as well as maft. I am looking at south bend stage 3 clutches (holds 360 ftlbs)...

score! i just picked up a set of shine auto sides local.. you can't even compare the quality of the two manfacturers. shine is like the bently and carfasion is the ford fiesta :love:

look at my carfasion thread.. the are still too short in both directions. yes of course with alot of tweaking i can make it work, but i'll be practically remaking them myself.

As most of you know i had a shitty experience with carfasion, for those of you with shineauto bomex kits, how is the quality? do the sides fit on perfect? Any raw pictures from when u got the kit so i can see the quality before u added ur own paint? I just want to make sure these sides are...

haha i'm not sure how this works but we worked out a deal that he sends me the money and then i will destroy them (saves shipping them back to him). i got the money back so i feel i should finish my part of the deal.. would giving them away be part of destroying? i mean i'm not gaining...

ok well he decided to give me a partial refund for $175 and i accepted it so i don't have to deal with this anymore.. i figure it's not a total loss. He does want me to destroy the sides which i am figuring out the best way to do so.. i will keep u guys posted

^ seriously, thats why i bought it lol.. they made carfasion sound so good.. well i'd say carfasion is ok.. i mean their customer serivce could be way better. i am satisified with the lip and the rears altho i haven't tried them on. the overall quality of those two peices were like 20x...

to keep the thread updated here's a repsponse i got back today "Please destroy the side skirts and send me a picture that is cut up to 10 pieces that is recognizable and we will refund you $160.00 back. Thank you." Of course i would gladly do this, but 2 small problems, i should really get...
