I listen to everyones input.
The main thing is I'm on a very limited budget and the price of seals, bearings, gaskets and ect. will be cheaper then trying to buy a new daily.
that is the main reason for me asking the original question.
I tried searching but cant find it. my N/A has R/K and I have a gte block.
but funds ran short and cant do complete rebuild right now. I need my daily back
being that work is kinda pickin up. And with a baby cant afford to buy one.
With that being said my ? is: What makes the difference in...
like i said on the meet thread i will mostlikly be there but not in the supra.
Oh how I wish the supra would live.:nono:
hopefully its a better turnout then last year.
Not sayin last year wasnt amasing but yea you get my drift.
I will most likely be but not in the supra.
She is officially down started it one day to move it and
I heard what almost all of us dread to hear.
Loud knocking and squeaking from inside the motor.
next year if plans stay in line she will be there
she'll look the same but sure as hell...
I have seen many new supras this year. I keep seein a clean white MKIV on the south side. A younger kid drives it. Anyone by chance know who he is or talked to him?
Quick question.
Whats a good brand of rod bearings?
Also I will be getting my head port and polished.
would it benefit me to get bigger cams?
I've heard different opinions.
Thought so just wasnt sure.
I will admit that I was pretty confused when i got to lookin at
the crank pulley and it looked nothin like a harmonic balancer.
Wow learned more on this thread then I did in automotive class.
My dad brought up a good question when we were tearin my engine
apart.
How are the 7m-gte's balanced?
