In swapping an r154 into a 91 or late mk3, where exactly would the shifter hole need to be enlarged? at the rear or the front? I ask because I'm in a similar situation, except that i'm doing a 2jzgtte swap with a 5pd into a 91 auto and am planning ahead for the shifter hole alignment.
"provide EVIDENCE........and I will remove (or retract or correct) my post and stand corrected"
Its not hardheaded when people who post here are willing to make post retractions, asked to be pointed in the right direction or ask for something more than 1 post to back others assertions. I think...
Dont start the name calling. Besides its empty because ur tallkiing big sh*t behind a computer, so dont waste my or anyone elses. Time. If you wanted to take it to another level, let me know.

maybe i dont follow..how does bolting up a 7m head to a 5m block up your displacment?
be careful on the idea of exchanginmg cranks etc. the rods themselves MAY be intechangable, but got to TOYSPORT, CA website. According to them, you can swap heads but you cannot swap heads between 5 and 7m...

As a side note, going uphill in summer in an other than...
agree with everyone above, here. Find out what the codes mean. Try the isc valve and the tp sensors and looks in the tfsm or haynes to diagnose the issue. get yourself a multimeter/circuit tester also. Adjsuting the dile manually is a bandaid only to be tired at last resort but it wont solve the...
The unit you remove is an aftermarket unit, not an aisin or toyota unit. The oe GE units look MUCH mor elike the unit that you just installed. Thats prob why it failed so quick.. sotck fan clutchs can normally last 2 per the life of the vehicle, soemtimes one...this would likely be the 3rd on ur...
As far as idle is concerned, the speedocable on these cars is unrelated to tthe idle.
There are 2 speedo sensors, one @ the dash and there sholod be another at the tranny or front wheel. The on in the dash does need the speedocable for the speed sensor to work.
Thank you.
just use the 2jzge tranny as it is. the 2j na and 2j-t have the same bolt pattern. What year csar do you have? Make sure your speedo is compatible with whichever tranny you use as the tt and na 2j trannies may use electric speedo sensors int he tranny while the mk1-mk3 use speedo cables.
No...
