gotcha, I like the baffle idea as some of the cans I've opened up have none. and yes, cooling the can will help condense the oil into droplets, but for the most part if it's already vapor then it will be pulled into the engine and burned without any problems. what you really want to prevent from happening is getting already condensed droplets getting into your intake system.
Dave, glad you like it! Yeah, de-pinning the ECU connector is tough without tiny screwdrivers! But once you get 'em in there the pins will pop right out right away.
