Had the same problem on mine...try mixing your fuel with E85 and unleaded fuel..60/40...and make sure to run her hot when you go in to emissions...hotter the motor the cleaner she burns...before you add E85 run her hot...or do what I ended up doing l...buying a new cat...and running down to get emissions.
