In my Miata, I had an occasional clunk in the rear. Turns out, it was the spare tire wasn't bolted to the floor enough, so it would shift just slightly when turning with enough force. As Old Radar says, check for stuff moving that shouldn't!
Ancient thread, but I know Turbo Tom, on Youtube, is a big fan of Scrubbing Bubbles for cleaning his engine bay. Not sure what's in it, so do your homework first. :)

Plug wire sequence, and I would make sure the igniter wasn't unplugged as well. All those new plugs won't get any spark at all if the igniter isn't plugged in...
