You could've easily found most your answers through searching. That's why you haven't received any response. I have nothing to do so I'll answer some:
Get an safc. It'll allow you to boost higher. I personally was boosting around 19psi. Stage 1 cams? Never heard of it, but if you do small core...
oh, so it does run and stay on it's just when you throttle it? or does it not matter and it dies out eventually? When it does run, does it sound healthy like its firing on all 6?
pull the coil plugs one by one...if when you pull one and it stops missing or nothing happens then you found your culprit.
What I would do next if say...cylinder number 4...you pulled the coil plug and it stopped backfiring, I would jump a wire from the igniter straight to the plug. Just find...
Having excess vac lines are common when you get the engine. I can't tell where 2 is coming from...if from nothing I would just cap off 2 and 3 for now...either with actual vac caps or jam a small bolt through the lines. Recent 1j i worked on we capped off a few lines.
I'm sure someone will...

So the 1jz i'm messing with has 1 blue and 2 black wires for the oxygen sensor, no connector. The colors for the o2 sensor connector (wiring harness side) has a red, white, and black wire.
Which wire goes where? I'm sure the two black wires can interchange, more concern where the blue one...
